Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and executing our social media strategy working closely with the digital team to create engaging content and grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Planning: Assist in planning weekly social media content in advance to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the digital team to devise and implement the brand s online and social media strategy.
- Idea Generation: Participate in weekly/monthly meetings contributing fresh ideas specifically for social media initiatives.
- Content Creation: Create original and engaging content using ITP studios ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines.
- Magazine Support: Assist with print magazine content as needed contributing to crossplatform marketing efforts.
- Asset Development: Develop special assets from photoshoots for social media promotion.
- Production Activities: Undertake necessary image production tasks including behindthescenes (BTS) shots teasers and photoshoots.
- Community Growth: Actively work to grow our social media community across all platforms fostering engagement and interaction.
- Material Maintenance: Update and maintain timesensitive material to ensure content relevance.
- Analytics Review: Use analytics to refine content strategy enhancing user engagement and reach.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate original content ideas.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
