Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft Cocktails: Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails wines and beverages with precision and flair showcasing your mixology expertise.
- Guest Engagement: Create memorable interactions with guests by offering personalized recommendations and ensuring their needs are met with warmth and professionalism.
- Bar Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area ensuring a polished and inviting environment at all times.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to develop and implement seasonal beverage menus that complement our dining offerings.
- Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and new cocktail techniques to continually enhance your skills and enrich our offerings.
Qualifications :
- Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment luxury hotel highend restaurant or exclusive beach club showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
- Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
- Operational Knowledge: Youre proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
- Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification such as a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience is preferred aligning with our commitment to excellence.
