Roles and responsibilities

Apply now for the position of Project administrator intern (m/f), based in Abu Dhabi UAE

A Project Manager Administrator intern provides essential support to project managers and teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Your role:

  • Manage project schedules, arrange meetings,
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and project deliverables,
  • Assist with procurement activities, such as ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships,
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including organizing files, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Your expertise:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field,
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally,
  • Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly,
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting,
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Projects and Excel,
  • Ability to work well with diverse teams and support the project manager in leading the project.
