Technical Software Proficiency: Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) for design and planning.
Documentation Skills: Competence in maintaining accurate records of progress, issues, and compliance.
Adaptability: Flexibility to respond to changes and unexpected challenges on-site.
Responsibilities:
Site Supervision: Overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring work is completed to specifications.
Quality Control: Inspecting work for quality and compliance with design and safety standards.
Planning: Collaborating with project managers to develop detailed construction plans and schedules.
Coordination: Working with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
Reporting: Maintaining records of site progress, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented.
Problem Resolution: Addressing any technical or logistical problems that arise on-site.
Safety Management: Enforcing safety regulations and ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols.
Resource Management: Overseeing the allocation of materials, equipment, and labor to optimize productivity.
Client Liaison: Communicating with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
