Roles and responsibilities
- Facilitate the establishment of a Group wide performance management strategy.
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of performance management initiatives to drive employee engagement, productivity, and performance.
- Design and maintain a Group wide behavioural framework that allows us to measure performance and is aligned to our future strategy.
- Provide subject matter expertise and design support to our HR Business Partners who will drive the execution of this with the business.
- Adopt cutting-edge research, tools and technology to ensure best practices are incorporated into our processes, practices and systems.
- Use performance insights to inform leadership development, talent management, selection and promotion practices.
- Design and deliver an enterprise level reporting function that equips our senior business leaders with meaningful performance insights.
- Foster a continuous feedback culture by designing and implementing mechanisms and tools that promote regular and meaningful communication between managers and employees.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably within Human Resources or equivalent.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a people development role, with a focus on driving performance culture.
- Proven experience in performance management, talent management, or a related HR function.
- Significant experience in analysing and reporting trends from enterprise-level data.
