Roles and responsibilities
- Assist in the design and maintenance of digital platforms and learning applications across the Emirates Group.
- Ensure all applications and platform solutions create an accessible, seamless and holistic user experience.
- Work closely with the Digital Experience Production Team to facilitate transition of learning solutions to platforms and applications.
- Support the alignment of applications and digital platform activities across the broader business.
- Provide and maintain digital platform solutions that are relevant and aligned to business needs.
- Ensure learning experiences are accessible and user-friendly while creating a consistent employee experience within digital learning platforms.
- Assist in the ideation, execution and evaluation of innovation digital learning experiences through POCs, pilots, vendor partnerships and independent research/testing.
- Seek opportunities for professional development in the field to ensure you are continually growing your skills.
- Work cross functionally across the Learning & Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.
Experience
Qualifications & Experience
- Human Resources/Training : 5+ Years
- Progressive experience in a system administrator role with experience supporting large scale applications & administrating digital platforms preferably in the digital learning space.
