Job Description
Our client is a leading fragrance and essential oils production firm based in sharjah
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of raw materials ingredients and packaging materials for fragrance production.
- Helping in the blending and mixing processes following strict formulas and safety protocols.
- Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials finished products and packaging supplies.
- Coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery of ingredients and materials.
- Conducting inspections of products during and after production to ensure they meet the companys quality standards.
- Reporting any production or quality issues to supervisors or quality control teams.
- Helping in the packaging of fragrance products ensuring accuracy and consistency in labeling.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies regarding the handling of chemicals solvents and other materials.
- Assisting in the preparation of orders for shipment ensuring products are packed securely and labeled correctly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (experience in fragrance or cosmetics industry is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and formulas.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation (training will be provided).
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
