As a Loss Prevention Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and integrity of our operations by providing expert guidance and support in safety and loss prevention. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities including Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) consequence modeling and hazardous area classification utilizing industryleading tools such as PHAST and FRED. You will contribute to existing plant operations facility modifications and new projects ensuring compliance with relevant codes standards and practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering Process Engineering or a related field.
Extensive experience in conducting HAZOP studies consequence modeling and QRA.
Proficiency in using safety and risk assessment software such as PHAST PHAPro or similar tools.
Indepth knowledge of international safety standards and codes (e.g. OSHA EPA NFPA ISO).
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification in process safety (e.g. CCPS TUV Functional Safety Engineer).
Familiarity with environmental regulations and their impact on process safety.
Experience in the chemical oil and gas or manufacturing industries.
