As a Store Executive you will assist the Store Manager in managing the store s operations including sales staff inventory and customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the store meets its financial targets and provides an exceptional shopping experience for customers. This position requires leadership skills attention to detail and a passion for retail management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Retail Management or Business Administration is a plus).
- Experience: At least 24 years of experience in retail with experience in a supervisory role or team lead position.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Basic understanding of retail financial metrics including sales targets profit margins and shrinkage.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in pointofsale (POS) systems inventory management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
