Creative Development:
- Lead the design and development of digital assets such as websites, digital ads, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with landmark group brands and other teams to conceptualize visuals that align with campaign strategies.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital channels.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Manage timeline and mentor junior designers, providing guidance on design techniques and shape their creative direction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brands, internal teams, and the product and technology teams to execute projects efficiently.
Design & Technology Expertise:
- Use advanced graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for high-quality digital content creation.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design and AI trends, tools, and best practices in design and ensure they are implemented in projects.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and project goals.
- Ensure the delivery of design projects on time, within budgets, and with very high attention to detail.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in design software Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, translating concepts into visually compelling designs.
- Must have experience in animation, motion graphics, or video editing.
