Roles and responsibilities
- A Marketing, Advertising or Communications Degree or a related field is preferred.
- Previous Marketing Experience in a Luxury Hotel or Food and Beverage environment.
- Extensive knowledge of diverse Social Media channels, and a thorough understanding of Best Practices in Marketing Operations.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).
- A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, continuously prioritising workload deadlines ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
- Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, while possessing an exceptional knowledge of InDesign.

Key Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically manages Social Media platforms, creating Exquisite and Out-Of-The-Box content that captures FIVE’s Luxurious brand essence and engages with a Vibrant, Global audience.
- Stays Ahead of the Curve by monitoring the latest Social Media trends, analytics tools, and hashtag strategies to ensure FIVE’s content remains Visionary and Disruptive.
- Oversees Community Management, interacting with our International following of over 1 Million, providing Seamless customer service and coordinating with Internal Teams to maintain Exceptional Service Standards.
- Supports Content Creation by planning and curating Social Media calendars, assisting with Bespoke photo shoots, and Writing stylish, brand-focused copy for Regular posts, stories, and events.
- Attends Stunning Events and Activations to capture Insta-Worthy moments, ensuring our Buzzing audience stays Engaged with Dynamic stories and Behind-The-Scenes experiences.
- Manages online Review platforms, ensuring Customer Satisfaction is prioritised and Quality Feedback is handled Promptly with the ‘FIVE-Star’ touch while collaborating with Internal Teams for Resolution where needed.
- Acts as the Go-To contact for Operational Teams, seamlessly Supporting the daily execution of Curated Marketing Experiences across FIVE’s Award-Winning Hotspots.
- Collaborates with teams to provide ‘FIVE-Styled’ Marketing Collateral, including menus, signage, and static visuals, ensuring they align with FIVE’s epic aesthetic and Boundary-Breaking standards.
- Assists the Director of Marketing in the execution of New Venue concepts and Industry-Leading brand activations, ensuring that each Launch meets the Next-Level standards expected of FIVE.
