Job Description

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive Waterpark to support the launch and ongoing digital campaigns for the upcoming Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark. You will contribute to the overall digital strategy from the prelaunch to the grand opening and postlaunch of the facility in line with the business objectives.


You will be responsible for the execution of strategy deployed on digital media related ecommerce activity and driving social strategy for Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark. You will work closely with other departments such as waterpark operations sales revenue F&B and marketing to gather relevant data and support all business requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the digital marketing team to increase brand awareness drive website traffic and generate bookings for Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark.
  • Create and manage campaigns related to the Waterpark across all channels including but not limited to SEO payperclick (PPC) metasearch display social media and email marketing efforts.
  • Responsible to update and maintain Waterpark website ensuring contents are current; work with partnered agencies to ensure website is optimized for search engine and user experience is optimum for driving conversion rates.
  • Responsible to monitor and respond guests online feedback creating a positive relationship with guests through online reputation platforms.
  • Track and report performance; provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal team and stakeholders to develop digital plans.
  • Work closely with external partners for comprehensive strategic recommendations and ensure campaigns KPIs are achieved across all channels.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in digital ecommerce business or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably within the attractions/entertainment industry at an agency or inhouse.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing efforts including SEO payperclick (PPC) metasearch display social media and email marketing.
  • Creativity attention to detail initiativetaker. Graphic design capability is a plus.
  • Excellent communication project management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
