As a Sales and Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for driving growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships developing and executing marketing strategies and expanding our service portfolio. You will play a crucial role in promoting our services to corporates hospitals event organizers and industrial companies while contributing to our longterm business development strategy in Dubai and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare corporate and events sectors. Build relationships with potential clients in hospitals industrial companies event management firms and government entities.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote nonemergency patient transport medical bystanding and corporate medical services.
- Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our services across various platforms including social media events and traditional media outlets.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with current clients ensuring their needs are met while also identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends competition and new regulations in the healthcare sector to adapt the companys services and marketing strategies accordingly.
- Networking: Attend industry events conferences and exhibitions to represent the company and expand professional networks within the healthcare and prehospital care sectors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure that marketing efforts align with service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare industry preferably in the ambulance services or prehospital care sectors in Dubai or the UAE.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape in the UAE including key players regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in business development achieving sales targets and creating impactful marketing campaigns.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to engage with clients at all levels from executives to operational staff.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Education: A degree in business marketing healthcare management or a related field is preferred.
