Responsibilities
- Align Marketing Strategy with Business Objectives:
- Work with the CMO to ensure marketing strategies and tactics align with overall business goals.
- Create and uphold marketing operations strategy that aids the company's growth and revenue targets
- Process Optimization:
- Optimize marketing processes and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures
- Manage demand generation, campaign management, lead routing, and data integration processes, and create models for passing leads and accounts to business development representatives.
- Data analysis and reporting:
- Supervise collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Develop regular reports and interactive dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and campaign results
- Extract insights and present findings to executive leadership and marketing functional leaders.
- Establish performance visibility across all aspects of the marketing process to identify actionable insights during planning and execution.
- Marketing Technology Management:
- Implement and oversee marketing technology solutions, including automation platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
- Budget Management:
- Engage with relevant stakeholders to develop and oversee marketing requirements for budget and investment planning.
- Monitor expenditures and optimize resource allocation
- Cultivate relationships with external vendors and agencies to bolster marketing initiatives
- Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure marketing activities strictly comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Implement and uphold robust data privacy and security measures to unequivocally protect customer information.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Establish close working relationships with Sales, Product, Legal, Security, Risk and Compliance, Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT, etc., to ensure consistent alignment and cooperation on marketing initiatives.
Offer valuable guidance and mentorship to team members, thereby nurturing their professional growth and development
Desired candidate profile
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of proven leadership experience in marketing operations or a related role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills
- Proficiency in analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Expertise in marketing technology and automation platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics)
- Demonstrated capacity to excel in direction-setting, consensus-building, and communication in a dynamic, collaborative culture
- Passion for using data to address critical business questions and drive decision-making
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with external organizations that align with G42’s strategic goals.
- Lead joint campaigns with external partners to strengthen G42’s industry influence.
