We are seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Insights Research Organisation & Solutions (IROS). As a leading Contract Research Organisation (CRO) in the Middle East, we specialise in conducting clinical trials across all therapeutic areas and integrating real-world data. You will be based onsite at Diaverum office.
Responsibilities
- Feasibility Studies: Participate in feasibility studies, approaching investigators and collecting necessary information within timelines.
- Site Selection: Conduct site selection and qualification evaluations under supervision.
- Study Setup: Assist in study setup, including submission and approval processes and documentation preparation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Collect and manage all necessary regulatory documents for allocated studies.
- Monitoring and Quality Control: Conduct monitoring visits, review protocol deviations, report adverse events, and ensure data accuracy.
- Reporting: Report trial progress to clients through written reports, data collection, and participation in meetings.
- Internal Reporting: Provide internal progress reports and complete relevant files.
- Study Closure: Ensure proper termination and close-out of study sites and contracted tasks.
Qualifications
Education: BSc degree in life sciences.
Experience: 4-6 years of clinical research experience, with responsibility for at least 5 interventional clinical trials.
Desired candidate profile
Skills: Excellent decision-making, organizational, time management, and team-working skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication, collaboration, research, and organizational abilities.

- Good knowledge of GCP with certification.
