Position: Admin istant (Male Preferred)

Location: Ajman American Private School

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Health & Safety Supervision:Ensure the school adheres to all health and safety protocols overseeing the maintenance of facilities.

Maintenance Oversight:Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of the schools infrastructure.

Procurement & Purchasing:Handle procurement needs including purchasing school supplies and managing vendor relations.

Inspection Support:Play a critical role during ministry inspections coordinating efforts to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelors Degree(mandatory) in a relevant field.

Experience:Minimum of 1 year in health & safety maintenance or a similar administrative role preferably in a school setting.

Inspection Experience:Proven experience in supporting and managing school inspections particularly during ministry visits.

Strong organizational and communication ss.
