HR Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with department heads and other key stakeholders to create and implement HR strategies that align with company objectives focusing on workforce planning employee engagement and cost management. Ensure HR initiatives contribute to organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Metrics & ytics: Emphasizing the use of data to inform decisionmaking measure HR performance and improve processes adds a strategic and resultsdriven component to the role.
