Job Description
- Study, review, and analyse project drawings, Bills of Quantities (B.O.Q), and specifications.
- Raise Requests for Information (RFI) to clients for technical clarifications and discrepancies. - Prepare quantity take-offs to verify B.O.Q.
- Prepare B.O.Q and Bill of Materials (B.O.M) in accordance with project drawings and
- specifications.
- Recommend value engineering proposals to meet client budgets.
- Prepare final cost sheets including labour, materials, bought-out materials, and overheads.
- Submit project quotations on time with tender qualifications.
- Implement effective pricing strategies for competitive bidding.
- Prepare and submit quotations for variations.
- Attend pre and post-tender meetings.
- Utilize ERP software effectively, updating relevant information daily.
- Submit weekly reports on achieved targets and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
- At least 7 years of experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or related fields, particularly in luxury brand retail shop fits, civil contracting, and luxury boutiques.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Windows, and ERP software.
- Strong management skills with a commitment to integrity and reliability.
