Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive interior design BIM models using Revit and other relevant software.
- Collaborate with interior designers and architects to translate design concepts into detailed 3D models.
- Prepare and modify interior design drawings details and specifications in alignment with project requirements.
- Conduct clash detection and coordinate models with other disciplines (architecture MEP) to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project .
- Implement BIM best practices and workflows to enhance model quality and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation including mood boards presentations and material specifications.
- Participate in project meetings providing updates on modeling progress and addressing design challenges.
- Stay current with industry trends software updates and advancements in BIM technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler in the interior design field.
- Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with other design software (e.g. AutoCAD SketchUp).
- Strong understanding of interior design principles materials and finishes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
