Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in corporate law, capital markets, or M&A within a top law firm or a large corporate environment.
Proven track record of working with Big 4 firms or equivalent.
Fluent in Arabic (required) with strong legal drafting skills in both Arabic and English.
