Job Location : Hamriyah Freezon Sharjah
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Management: Identify evaluate and develop relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely and costeffective delivery of quality materials and services.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms conditions and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
Purchase Orders: Prepare and issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure that adequate supplies are maintained without overstocking.
Quality Assurance: Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that all purchased materials meet required specifications and standards.
Cost Control: Track and report on key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends supplier market conditions and material availability.
Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws regulations and company policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including production quality assurance and finance to align procurement activities with company objectives.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Diploma Level 4 in Procurement and Supply from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) or Bachelors degree
Experience: Minimum of 02 years of experience in procurement preferably in the food manufacturing industry
Preference to Arabic Nationals
