Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing within Oracle Fusion, including payroll runs, validation, and reporting.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage payroll-related configurations, including earnings, deductions, and benefits.
Fast Formulas Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas for custom payroll calculations, deductions, and reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Fast Formulas and payroll calculations.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Fast Formulas.
