The candidate is expected to perform the following but not limited to:
Support in compiling financial documents and information on audit cases.
Support in conducting officebased and field audits.
Provide initial observations related to taxable persons financial conditions and related operations.
Assist in performing nonotice audit visits.
Support in assessing the amount of tax payable and submit it to Tax Auditors.
Prepare written reports of audit findings.
Document all audit activities.
Assist in the verification of accounting records.
Liaise with team members on complex audits.
Support in estimating and assessing nonsubmitted returns.
Support in internal trainings.
Assist in performing procedures to identify fraud.
Maintain records/logs of suspected fraudulent activity.
Provide analysis for tax and penalties reporting
Prepare assigned reports memos and materials.
Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business Accounting or Economics or other relevant degrees.
Minimum:
4 years experience in an auditing function or in the accounting/finance fields.
Preferred:
Experience in the VAT or /and tax is preferable.
Required Languages:
English
Arabic is a plus
