Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Assist in the creation and implementation of annual marketing plans and strategies for the cluster of hotels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Digital Marketing
- Support the management and optimization of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging content for the hotel’s website and social media platforms.
- Oversee the of digital campaigns and track their effectiveness using analytics tools.
Social Media Management
- Support in developing social media strategy, proof read social media content calendars create moodboards for campaigns and campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Public Relations & Communications
- Assist in puttig together monthly listings, and distributing press releases, media kits, and other PR materials through the appointed PR agency
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry partners.
- Coordinate and manage brand events, influencers’ campaigns promotions, and special CSR projects.
Advertising & Promotions
- Help design and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels.
- Coordinate promotional activities and special offers to attract guests and drive bookings.
- Event Management
- Support the planning and of on-property events, including conferences, partnerships, and corporate functions.
- Collaborate with internal F&B, Spa, Revenue teams to create calendars of events and marketing plans
- Manage marketing operations to support the overall marketing function and internal promotions - printed collaterals, signage, Digital Screens and digital platforms
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities and campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports and monthly marketing performance and insights.
Budget Management
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Monitor expenses and work within allocated budgets to maximize ROI.
Collaboration & Team Support
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, revenue management, and operations, to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Provide support to the Cluster Marketing Manager and other team members as required.
