As the Digital and Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in executing digital marketing strategies and managing social media platforms. This role involves creating and curating content, monitoring digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring a cohesive online presence for the hotel.
Social Media Management
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and curate compelling content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and stories that align with the hotel’s brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and online communities to foster positive relationships and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Track social media trends and adapt strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in the of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and online promotions.
- Help manage and optimize digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, email marketing software, and website analytics.
- Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in creating and managing digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic and bookings – social media ads designs, captions and all digital platforms banners and imagery
- Support in driving database initiatives to increase, manage, collection and segregation
- Responsible for managing emailers, e-newsletters and distribution
Content Creation & Management
- Responsible to create regular high quality content in-house to support social media calendars
- Presence at all events in the hotels to support content creation in forma of videos and photos and post on social media
- Collaborate with the creative team/external videographers and photographers to develop trendy, creative, engaging and high-quality digital content that supports marketing goals and drives user engagement.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital and social media platforms.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze social media and digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on digital campaign effectiveness, social media engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns.
