You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailOur client’s goal is to build on their consistent yearly growth and increase revenue generated in the region, so the incoming Bankers should have a track record of opening accounts for private / institutional clients in a Private Bank, and in turn growing their AUM. They should be comfortable in providing expert investment advice to clients from a variety of backgrounds and risk appetites, as this role will not be limited to working with one specific market.
Our client provides excellent back and middle office support, so the Private Bankers have the freedom to identify and onboard new clients in order to increase their revenue generation. Ideally, the banker should have vast experience in another Private Bank in the region so that the transition is as smooth as possible. There are also opportunities to join as a Team Leader depending on seniority level and relevant experience, but the goal of growing the business through AUM remains the same.
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working in a similarly global Private Bank as a main point of contact for UHNI clients. They should be comfortable dealing with this level of clientele, and the ideal candidate will have a large network of clients who they could potentially onboard as clients. The Team Leader should have a track record of balancing the team’s needs as well as maintaining relationships with their own clients. Having the ability to bring a team of Bankers would be a massive advantage as well.
