About the Role
AsAssociate Director of Fulfilment you will be responsible for ensuring RTTs training programs and live events are delivered at the highest standard globally. Youll lead a global team of 40 professionals optimize fulfilment processes and drive operational excellence in alignment with RTTs values. You will also ensure that all participants experience an extraordinary transformational journey as they become certified RTT Therapists.
This is a key leadership role reporting to the CEO and involves close collaboration with various internal teams including marketing sales and product development. You will be responsible for streamlining the operational processes behind our courses workshops and events while overseeing logistics team performance and budget management.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Manage and inspire a team of 40 professionals across multiple global locations.
Provide coaching and support to ensure high performance and alignment with RTTs values.
Ensure seamless collaboration between fulfilment marketing sales and other departments.
Program & Event Management
Oversee the planning coordination and of live events workshops and training programs globally.
Ensure all logistical aspects such as venue management and participant communication are handled flawlessly.
Implement quality control measures to maintain consistency in content materials and teaching methods.
Operational Efficiency
Continuously optimize fulfillment processes for efficiency and scalability.
Lead the development and of new event formats and experiences as RTT expands globally.
Customer Experience
Champion a participantfirst approach ensuring the delivery of an exceptional experience from registration to graduation.
Gather and act on participant feedback to continuously enhance our training programs and live events.
Budget & Resource Management
Manage the fulfilment budget and ensure efficient resource allocation without compromising quality.
Monitor KPIs for team performance event success and participant satisfaction.
About You
Youre a natural leader with significant experience managing large global teams and overseeing complex multifaceted operations. You have a passion for personal development and thrive in a fastpaced missiondriven environment. You are detailoriented datadriven and have a proven ability to optimize processes while maintaining high standards of quality and customer experience.
Experience & Qualifications
10 years of experience in operations management university management or program fulfilment.
Proven success managing large teams (30 people) and overseeing global events.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate highperformance teams.
Experience creating and optimizing operational processes in highgrowth environments.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong collaboration skills with experience working crossfunctionally.
Passion for personal development and a deep understanding of RTTs mission and values.
Flexibility to travel internationally to coordinate live events.
Experience with budget management and resource optimization.
Strong analytical skills with a datadriven approach to improving processes.
