Job Description
- Support the development and updating of the strategic workforce planning and organisational design framework.
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training for junior colleagues.
- Monitor financial performance of your area of activity versus budgets.
- Recommend improvements, provide inputs and implement policies, systems, and procedures.
- Conduct effective communication of department's policies and practices to employees.
- Gather relevant data from various HC stakeholders for initiating annual workforce plan.
- Validate and process Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) related to promotions, job title change, cost centre change and site change.
- Participate with WFP Manager in developing the Organisational Design framework.
- Provide cost impact analysis (cost to company) to area, Business Partner, Finance, HC Management/ other HC functions as required.
- Act as the custodian of EGA Workforce plan information.
