The Role: As a VoIP Engineer you will design implement and maintain VoIP systems and solutions. You will ensure the quality and reliability of VoIP services and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support voice communication needs.
What Youll Do:
- Design and implement VoIP systems and solutions
- Monitor and maintain VoIP infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve VoIPrelated issues
- Collaborate with network and IT teams to integrate VoIP services
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Stay updated on the latest VoIP technologies and trends
What Were Looking For:
- 35 years of experience in VoIP engineering
- Proficiency with VoIP protocols and technologies (e.g. SIP RTP)
- Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
