Minimum 8 years of experience required.
Bachelors in Information Technology or any related degree is required.
1.
Strong knowledge of operating systems like Windows macOS and Linux.
2.
Experience in installing and maintaining computers printers and network devices.
3.
Foundational understanding of network concepts like TCP/IP DHCP DNS.
4.
Knowledge of basic information security principles and security procedures.
5.
Provide technical support to users via phone email or in person.
6.
Resolve complex technical issues related to hardware software and networks.
7.
Manage and follow up on the technical support system and ensure quick resolution.
8.
Analyze and diagnose complex technical problems and identify root causes.
9.
Provide permanent and innovative solutions in recurring problems.
10.
Install configure and maintain hardware and software used by employees.
11.
Manage software and system updates and ensure devices operate with the latest versions.
12.
Ensure a stock of supplies and consumables for electronic devices and networks throughout 2024.
13.
Inventory technical assets in 2024 and create a list of materials to be disposed of.
14.
Respond to technical support requests and resolve them on time achieving a 98% success rate.
15.
Inventory devices and ensure labels are available and enter all new and old materials into the inventory system with a report.
16.
Keep up with the labelling of technical materials in all ministries in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
17.
Execute the tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
