Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a leading insurance company based in Abu Dhabi. Our client is looking for a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join their team as a Broker Relations Officer Medical responsible for managing key broker relationships and driving business growth within the medical insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with brokers for both group and individual medical insurance across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi s product regulations manage the Certificate of Compliance (COC) address queries from the Department of Health (DoH) and track member fines.
Act as the primary liaison for strategic brokers providing seamless resolution of queries and issues.
Deliver presentations to key stakeholders including clients when required.
Collaborate with underwriters to support business growth by assisting in sales and development efforts.
Drive portfolio expansion by generating new sales and managing renewals.
Monitor broker performance metrics achieve sales targets and maintain productive and effective relationships.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to recommend adjustments in sales and marketing strategies.
Oversee timely premium collection ensuring adherence to company policies.
Ensure all business meets underwriting standards contributing to the overall profitability of the portfolio.
Requirements
Extensive experience in the UAE medical insurance market with a focus on Abu Dhabi compliance (Shafafiya portal).
Indepth knowledge of business growth strategies and UAE regulatory frameworks.
Proven track record of effectively managing broker relationships.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE medical insurance sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Bachelor s Degree is required; additional certifications in insurance are a strong advantage.
