We are a unique & colorful art studio which opened 2 years ago in Dubai! You will have the chance to experience growing a business and being instrumental in its success.

We are on the lookout for upbeat responsible individuals to host kids parties manage operations and be the faces of our brand.

Wild Paint House is a oneofakind art jamming studio based in Al Quoz 1 in Dubai featuring more than six types of unique and fun painting activities for kids families dates birthday parties team bonding events and much more.

We are on the lookout for responsible highly independent selfmotivated and outgoing individuals who can execute be amazing party animators and hosts.

The duties that will be undertaken include:

Creating Customer Experience: Be the face of our brand. Host customers especially kids and show them the best time!

• Host fun and well organized parties and team bonding events. You must be good at interacting with groups.
• Outgoing and ability to engage with kids and adults. Your English proficiency must be great.
• Conducting briefings/demos
• Make our customers super happy delivering a 5star service at all times
• Take pictures and videos of participants

Managing the Overall Space

• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. General studio upkeep
• Mixing paints and varnishing artworks (training will be provided)
• Cleaning tools equipment and materials
• Handling deliveries

Growing The Company

• Ideate and execute on improvements to overall system protocols and studio processes/design
• Assist with content creation for social media & management of social media accounts (Facebook Instagram TikTok)

Wed love to speak to you if you are:

FLUENT in ENGLISH. It is a must requirement. ARABIC IS A PLUS.

• A Peopleperson: able to communicate well. This will be a customer facing job! You need to LOVE interacting with people!
• You must LOVE kids!
• Independent disciplined hardworking
• Able to manage your own time to oversee the space responsibly. Good organization skills are a must
• Able to commit weekends and public holidays as those are our busiest days. Team members will work 56 days/week
• Have an interest in art and creative activities and love interacting with people
• Enjoy being in events and parties
• Constantly thinking about how to solve problems and improve things around you
• Interest to be part of an earlystage company and go through the process of how a fastgrowing company expands

Good to have one/some of the following:

• Experience in service jobs. You must be super smiley energetic and happy
• Experience with kids
• Photography and editing skills with understanding of social media platforms (Instagram TikTok Facebook)
• Art background not a requirement but definitely a bonus!
• Being an Arabic speaker

Compensation

Compensation comes in the form of monthly salary (2900AED3000AED based on experience) and staff benefits. Quarterly bonuses may be awarded based on individual performances.

Salary: AED2900.00 AED3000.00 per month

You must be in Dubai right now. We will not entertain applicants who are overseas.
