Job Summary: As a Personal Branding Executive at Milele Corp you will be responsible for executing the personal branding strategy of our COO. You will work closely to enhance their professional reputation visibility and influence within the industry and target markets. This role requires a creative and strategic mindset strong communication skills and a deep understanding of branding principles.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy : Collaborate with the and Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive personal branding strategy aligned with the companys objectives and the directors professional goals.
- Content Development: Create compelling and engaging content to showcase the directors expertise thought leadership and industry insights across various channels including social media blogs articles and presentations.
- Social Media Management: Manage the directors social media profiles including content creation scheduling community engagement and monitoring of analytics to optimize performance and reach.
- Public Relations: Identify opportunities for the director to participate in speaking engagements conferences interviews and other public appearances to enhance their visibility and credibility in the industry.
- Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure media coverage and press opportunities for the director leveraging their expertise and accomplishments to enhance their professional reputation.
- Networking: Facilitate networking opportunities for the director within the industry connecting them with key stakeholders influencers and industry leaders to expand their professional network and visibility.
- Brand Monitoring: Monitor online and offline channels for mentions feedback and discussions related to the directors personal brand and proactively manage their online reputation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing communications and sales to ensure alignment between the directors personal branding efforts and the companys overall brand strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Communications Public Relations or a related field; additional certifications in branding or digital marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience in branding digital marketing or public relations roles with a focus on personal branding preferred.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management tools analytics platforms and content creation software.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry or related sectors is a plus.
