Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new sales strategies and product offerings.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management providing insights and recommendations for improving sales processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing finance and project management teams to ensure seamless project and alignment with sales goals.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales agreements ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the clients.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Indepth knowledge of the real estate market particularly in specific region or city.
Ability to work in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment.
