Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and manage detailed 3D electrical BIM models using Revit.
  • Ensure models comply with project standards and BIM plans.
  • Integrate electrical models with architectural structural MEP and other discipline models.
  • Resolve design clashes and inconsistencies.
  • Generate accurate construction documents drawings and schedules from BIM models.
  • Maintain detailed and uptodate documentation.
  • Perform quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Implement best practices for BIM modeling and project .
  • Work closely with architects engineers and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in coordination meetings to ensure seamless integration of electrical elements.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 57 years of experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler in design consulting companies in the GCC.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit software for BIM modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering principles and construction processes.
  • Must be locally available in the UAE.
  • Can join immediately.
