Your tasks
- Ensure international and crossborder shipments from origin to destination are arranged and completed on time and within budgeted cost
- Prepare quotations for specialized shipments
- Communicate and follow up with couriers regarding shipments
- Prepare and execute all documentation inline with customs requirements for each country of delivery
- Support on queries from LCS Coordinators Project Managers and Sales teams
- Coordinate with 3PL warehouse for accuracy of shipments and inventory control
Be the champion for logistics excellence work closely with Operations Analyst to finalize logistics dashboard and operations review routines.
Your profile
- Graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Extensive knowledge of customs regulations directives and standards of MENA countries
- Expert knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Excellent time management communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service and client relations skills
- Quick critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
