Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in ComputerAided Design (CAD) and ComputerAided Manufacturing (CAM). The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and technical skills along with experience in programming and blueprint reading to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure efficiency in production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement manufacturing processes using CAD and CAM tools.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing workflows and production systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
- Program and configure equipment to meet production specifications and quality standards.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design quality and production to improve manufacturing processes.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate Degree or equivalent in a related field or a GED Diploma.
- Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience in manufacturing with a focus on CAD and CAM.
- Skills: Proficient in programming blueprint reading and mechanical/technical problemsolving.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fastpaced production environment.
