Procurement Officer - Stallion On Demand Labour Supply

We are hiring for Procurement Officer for Dubai.

Duration: 3 months (extendable)

Candidates should be able to join immediately.

Job Description

• Ensure PR is process on timely manner
• Review Procurement documents and prepare PO.
• Maintain update vendor registration.
• Coordinate with internal/external parties to ensure materials/services are available when needed.
• Liaise with the vendors and/ or any concerned party to resolve any logistics issues on a timely manner to ensure a smooth delivery of purchased goods
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to determine their procurement needs as well as the relevant contractual terms and conditions.
• Prepare and float RFQs in accordance to organization requirements identify the potential invitees and receive proposals Negotiate with supplier.
• Review compare and analyze different proposals including the terms and conditions and compile it with the technical recommendations of the subject matter expert to ensure organizations best interests are met.

Requirements

• Professional in using MS Office.
• Office administration.
• Document Controlling Procedures.
• Maintaining soft & hard copies of documents in a disciplined manner
• Understand of P2P cycle

Pay: AED3000.00 AED4000.00 per month
