Job Description
Black & Grey HR is seeking a Data Insights Analyst for a top university in the Northern Emirates. The analyst will be responsible for summarizing findings recommending improvements assessing their impact and preparing detailed reports.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee the performance management cycle including KPI selection target setting and progress reviews.
Conduct and manage surveys for students staff and stakeholders and report findings for decisionmaking.
Review and suggest action plans to improve all university units.
Assess the impact of improvements and prepare annual strategic reports.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for various data tasks.
Validate and analyze institutional data and write reports based on findings.
Work with OIPE team members and perform tasks as directed by the Executive Director.
Manage benchmarking processes and coordinate data for publications and rankings.
Prepare data for UN SDGs and THE Impact Ranking submissions.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT Business or related field (Master s preferred).
At least five years of experience in strategy data analysis dashboard creation and report writing.
Expertise in statistical software packages and other related software tools.
Advanced skills in Power BI Tableau Microsoft Excel etc.
Advanced skills in professional report writing
