Associate Product Manager Hoxton App

The role

Hoxton Wealth is a private wealth advisory business which focuses on servicing both international investors and expatriates worldwide. We are looking for an associate product manager to drive innovation in improving our Hoxton app platform.

In this role you will need to have the passion and ability to wear multiple hats partnering with management marketing engineering and operations teams across the organization as well as our partners to deliver the bestinclass platform experience that enables our organization to provide a great customer experience. From day one you are treated like experienced PMs and given ownership and responsibility of impactful projects while receiving mentorship and guidance from some of the best leaders and entrepreneurs in the industry.

Youll be the key player in shaping the future of Hoxton and helping to create and execute the longterm strategy and prioritized roadmap. The team is small scrappy and constantly evolving. Because of the unparalleled level of responsibility granted we seek candidates with a track record of entrepreneurship or leadership experience in addition to technical and product expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of competitive landscapes customer insights and product metrics to define compelling feature sets that boost engagement and utilization.
• Spearhead the definition planning and design of new features and enhancements crafting detailed product requirement documents (PRDs).
• Forge a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with our business objectives.
• Collaborate with a diverse crossfunctional team including software engineers solutions architects QA specialists and designers to bring product visions to life.
• Articulate and champion the product vision strategy and roadmap guiding product development from inception to launch.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with B.A./B.S. degree or higher in a technical or productrelated discipline or someone looking to transition to Product Management.
• Demonstrable experience in entrepreneurship (e.g. founding a club starting a company or developing an app) or a completed internship/fellowship in product management software engineering or within a venture capital/entrepreneurial setting.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with a knack for creating impactful presentations and building trust across diverse teams.
• Highly organized with proficient time management skills capable of multitasking in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adept at handling ambiguous requests with a positive outlook on challenges.
