Job Title: Painting Supervisor (Fabrication Oil and Gas Field)
Location: UAE
Experience: 6 to 8 years (Fabrication Oil and Gas field)
Education: Secondary School/Technical School certificate
Salary: AED 4500 AED 6500 (Excluding accommodation)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Painting Supervisor to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all painting activities onsite ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. The role involves managing painting crews ensuring safety protocols are followed and maintaining project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the painting operations on fabrication projects within the oil and gas sector.
- Ensure that all painting activities are completed according to project specifications industry standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to painting crews ensuring optimal use of resources and timely completion of work.
- Inspect surfaces to be painted and determine appropriate painting methods and materials.
- Monitor quality control standards throughout the painting process ensuring highquality finishes.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used time spent on each task and progress reports for project managers.
- Oversee maintenance and proper use of painting equipment and tools.
- Ensure that safety guidelines are strictly adhered to at all times.
- Provide training and guidance to painting crew members as needed.
Requirements:
- 6 to 8 years of experience in a supervisory role in painting within the fabrication oil and gas sector.
- Secondary School or Technical School certificate.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques materials and tools used in the oil and gas industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in the oil and gas industry.
