Overview: We are looking for a detailoriented and strategic Procurement Specialist to join our fitout company. The successful candidate will manage the procurement process for materials supplies and services needed for our fitout projects ensuring timely delivery cost efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure the quality of materials and services.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Place and track orders for materials and services. Ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock. Manage procurement to balance cost and availability.
• Work with project managers to align procurement with project budgets and timelines. Monitor spending and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities. Prepare and present reports on procurement performance cost savings and supplier performance.
• Ensure that procured materials and services meet company standards and project specifications. Address any issues with suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies industry regulations and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in procurement preferably within the fitout construction or interior design industries.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance.
• Understanding of fitout materials and services including construction and interior design elements.
• Familiarity with procurement best practices and cost management.
• Awareness of relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: AED6000.00 AED7000.00 per month
