About the Team
The global Procurement team facilitates multibillion dollar annual purchases across 3 major sourcing hubs including Americas EMEA and APAC. Our mission is to enhance the business units competitive edge by providing excellent visible controllable and deliverable procurement practices & solutions.
The Professional Service Procurement Manager manages all purchasing activities of subindirect categories including Outsourcing Services HR services Consultancy services and other expert services. We provide professional procurement support not only to multistockholders delivering diverse and proper sourcing solutions to different business units.
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage the company service outsourcing activities. Procurement Manager responsibilities include strategising to find costeffective deals and suppliers; finding resources to support rapidly growing businesses in various business segments and regions; interacting with key stakeholders to identify valid demand and best supplier strategy; as well as doing business compliance for risk control.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee company services including consulting research and reporting outsourcing and insurance as a Sourcing Manager.
2. Implement and optimise procurement processes to enhance business efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Support and participate in all sourcing activities building expertise in procurement project management.
4. Collaborate closely with business owners applying strong business acumen to define procurement and supply strategies. Provide innovative and feasible advice to help businesses scale quickly.
5. Deep dive into the global outsourcing service industry benchmark categories and analyse data to select highquality costeffective vendors.
6. Manage supplier deliverables establish performance measurement systems to foster vendor competition secure supply and deliver efficiency and flexibility.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree
2. Familiar with category management in indirect procurement proficient in endtoend procurement processes purchasetopay and daily sourcing manager activities.
3. Strong business acumen and logical thinking able to understand diverse business needs and requests effectively implement sourcing strategies and processes and manage supplier pools to maximise efficiency and cost savings.
4. Excellent negotiation skills with good market and industry insights; capable of proactively collaborating with businesses in innovation and change.
5. Strong data analysis and contract management skills.
6. Selfmotivated and openminded with a passion for challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience working in a matrix organisation and a dynamic environment.
2. Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced setting.
3. Willingness to travel internationally for work.
