HR Recruitment Officer

• Develop and execute strategies and programs for university/college relations, recruitment planning, sourcing, selection, and evaluation.
• Attract, identify, screen, recruit, and manage selection processes to meet early-career headcount goals.
• Develop and deliver successful outcomes aligned with company goals focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Provide insights and data/reports to HR Business Partners and business leaders, using data to enhance program effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with labour laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring, ensuring compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of early career programs.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
• 6+ years in a recruitment role including 2+ years specifically dedicated to early career recruiting programs.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and digital communication skills.
• Ability to travel freely within Mena, Asia and Europe up to 30% for recruitment events.
• Highly organized project management skills and obsessive follow-up and responsiveness with strong attention to detail supporting all stakeholders.
• Results-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment is a plus.
