Conducting intensive market and competition observation and derivation of activities with active feedback to inform sales planning and marketing campaigns.
Consult customer surveys and other types of research to gauge the overall level of client satisfaction and address areas of concern.
Support Corporate Sales Team or Business Development teams in servicing accounts.
Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for business development and continuous improvement.
Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous working experience as Key Account Manager or Business Development/Sales Manager for 5+ years in exhibitions/rentals/structures.
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or relevant field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
Being able to articulate complex ideas and proposals clearly and concisely.
Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
Good understanding of technical, business & contractual correlations in depth and detail.
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
