Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Manage and track project budgets, including cost estimation and control.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Procure and manage materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during construction.
