Marketing Coordinator
A. POSITION PURPOSE : To support the marketing team in handling administrative tasks managing vendors overseeing platforms coordinating with media and organising events.
B. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES : - Perform vendor registrations prepare recommendations and process Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
- Maintain accurate records of LPOs and payments for budgeting purposes and utilise Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system effectively.
- Handle corporate credit cards payment processes and liaise with the Finance & Accounts department to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Manage the official accounts on Google My Business and provide reports.
- Support in creating and updating web pages for the assigned Group companies.
- Monitor and update digital screen content.
- Coordinate events onground activities and outdoor advertising campaigns.
- Manage advertisements and related tasks for newspapers radio and TV.
- Coordinate and oversee photo and video shoots.
- Develop and maintain distribution lists for marketing materials and coordinate their delivery.
- Handle the distribution of prizes to winners and ensure proper and accurate documentation.
- Prepare and submit to the line manager monthly management reports and other marketing reports as required.
C. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Bachelors degree preferably in Marketing Communications or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing administrative role
- Effective communicator
- Digital marketing knowledge
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional relationship with both internal and external customers
- Business Communication English and Arabic (Oral & Written)
- A UAE driving license would be an added advantage
- Proficiency in ERP systems and digital platforms is preferred
- Computer Proficiency: MS Word Excel & Power point proficiency in ERP systems and digital platforms would be an added advantage
