Legal advice

Provide legal research and analysis required for to support formation of legal advice in response to business requirements.

Review and analyze standard legal documents contracts and agreements and formalize recommendations if needed.

Implement guidelines and policies to required secure / facilitate ongoing compliance with risk mitigation strategies.

Regulatory Compliance

Support in ensuring compliance of all legal advice with latest regulations and statutory needs.

Contribute in maintaining the latest knowledge in statutory requirements and regulatory needs related to the organization s activities.

Support in delivering organization awareness on latest statutory requirements related to the organization s activities.

Contribute in reviewing and analyzing legal documents contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Legal Services corporate

Contribute in the development of standard Legal templates to facilitate speed and efficiency in the department services.

Draft standard legal documents needed to support the organization s activities (Commercial employment etc.) in coordination with respective Business partner.

Support on drafting complex legal documents needed to support the organization s activities (MOA POA MOU etc.) in coordination with respective Business partner.

Support in assessing risks and in incorporating legal terms required to mitigate the same.

Legal Services Investment

Contribute in developing standard investment Legal templates to facilitate speed and efficiency in the department services

Contribute in drafting standard Investment legal documents

Support in drafting complex legal investment documents needed to support the organizations activities (Acq JV VD agreements etc.) in coordination with the investment team.

Contribute in Legal Due diligence on new investments by establishing a comprehensive understanding of related obligations debts shareholder structure pending and potential lawsuits leases warranties longterm customer agreements employment contracts distribution agreements compensation agreements and others.

Requirements

2 5 years experience after qualification

English language. Arabic is a plus
