Clinical Director - Anesthesia and Critical Care Services

• Participate fully in all aspects of clinical governance making a significant contribution to clinical audit and risk management activities.
• Take an active role in identifying and reporting clinical risk.
• Take responsibility for individual learning, development and performance and be willing to demonstrate professional activities and skills to peer reviewers.
• Ensure that a record is maintained of professional development activities in order to inform annual appraisal.
• Promote personal health and safety and security and that of other employees as defined in King’s College Hospital- Dubai Health & Safety Policy.

Qualification:

• MBBS or MD - Essential
• Minimum 5 years’ experience post CCT or completion of a recognized specialist training program - Essential
• Valid Professional registration in Healthcare - Essential
• Has worked in hospital or Acute Tertiary setting for at least 5 years - Desired
• Must have 5 years’ experience in a Leadership role - Essential
