Joinery Experience Only
We are looking for a purchasing officer to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both costefficient and of high quality. The purchase officers responsibilities include maintaining positive supplier relations evaluating supply options purchasing and maintaining accurate records.
- Research potential vendors.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment services and supplies.
- Following and enforcing the companys procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing comparing analyzing and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications delivery times product ranges etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Preparing budgets cost analyses and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- Minimum 4 years UAE experience in Procurement Department.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Fulltime Permanent
Pay: AED5000.00 AED6000.00 per month
